About the role#
OUAI is hiring three interns for a 10-12 week program during the Fall 2026 term. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a beauty brand manages campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and cultural moments. Interns will be placed within one of three teams: PR and Influencer, Brand Marketing, or Social Media and Creative. Placements are determined based on your interests and experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
- Assist with influencer research, gifting, mailers, events, outreach, and tracking.
- Support trend research, content planning, community insights, and social execution.
- Help with asset organization, creative projects, shoot preparation, and production needs.
- Conduct competitive, cultural, creator, and trend research and organize key learnings.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week for the full program.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, California.
- You must be able to work at the OUAI HQ office 1-2 days per week.
- This is a paid position at $25 per hour.
- Academic credit may be available depending on your school requirements.
