About the role#
This is a full-time, paid software engineering internship for Summer 2027. You will work within our technology and data organization to gain experience in the insurance industry. This position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and solve business challenges.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Analyze large datasets using tools such as Python and SQL.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives through research and evaluation.
- Apply your technical skills to improve processes and develop data-driven solutions.
What you'll need#
- You must be an undergraduate or graduate student expecting to graduate in May 2027.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Engineering, and Business Administration.
- You should possess strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- We look for curiosity and a willingness to explore new technologies.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
