About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Aurora, Illinois. You will work on the warehouse floor to observe, support, and improve operational processes. This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain management and warehouse operations.
What you'll do#
- Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with functional teams in areas such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and storage.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to track effectiveness.
- Design and document workflows to support operational goals.
- Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
