About the role#
We are hiring a Student Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in Vaughan. This is a 6-month contract role working 24 hours per week. You will support our distribution center by handling medical products and fulfilling client orders.
What you'll do#
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and stock orders.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of products picked and received.
- Operate warehouse mobile equipment (training provided).
- Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Follow health and safety policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift 10lbs to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Comfort working in an active, team-based environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Experience with machine operations and RF scanners is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Vaughan, Ontario.
- Schedule: 24 hours per week. Shifts include Wednesday (9:45AM-6:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:15PM), and either Monday or Friday (9:45AM-6:00PM).
- Pay: $17.95 per hour.
