About the role#
This internship offers exposure to our AI-first ecosystem. You will work on real projects that impact the business and collaborate with mentors across various units. This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in AI and machine learning.
What you'll do#
- Develop, train, and deploy predictive and propensity models to evaluate customer behaviors, churn risk, and lifecycle triggers.
- Design, prototype, and test autonomous AI agents and tool-use workflows to address complex customer service scenarios.
- Support micro segmentation and personalization by translating model outputs into tailored customer journeys for marketing execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Good academic standing.
- Hands-on experience in applied AI and autonomous orchestration, including designing, training, and managing autonomous AI agents.
- Experience with Cognitive Computing, including NLP and NLG.
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, AutoGPT, Google Gemini, and NotebookLM.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, including Computer Vision, data modeling, and supervised or unsupervised learning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects using systems thinking and data-backed reasoning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
- The internship runs for 10 weeks between June 2027 and August 2027.
- You must be willing to travel and relocate if necessary.
- The role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
- You will be expected to work from the office for a minimum of three days per week as set by your manager.
