About the role#
The MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a 10-12 week summer internship for MBA students. This program focuses on developing leadership skills through challenging assignments, training, and direct coaching. Interns work on strategic business issues with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. High-performing interns may be considered for the full-time Leadership Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
Interns gain experience in either Global Strategic Marketing or US Marketing. Responsibilities include:
- Lead worldwide product launches and develop marketing materials, pricing strategies, and forecasts.
- Partner with R&D to lead Project Core Teams from product conception to launch.
- Interact with customers, attend industry meetings, and review medical journals to stay connected with market needs.
- Gather input on customer needs to ensure alignment with marketing strategy.
- Drive innovation and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program with an expected graduation date by July 2028.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience after completing an undergraduate degree.
- Ability to relocate to an assigned program location.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, evaluate, and use new AI tools to meet project needs.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or marketing is highly preferred.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027. Program locations include:
