About the role#
The Research & Development Leadership Development Program (RDLDP) is a 12-week summer internship designed for engineering graduate students. This program provides a foundation in technical skills, business acumen, and cross-functional proficiencies. It serves as an introduction to various R&D platforms and is used to identify candidates for full-time roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in in-depth classroom training and connect with the broader R&D community.
- Develop technical skills and business expertise through internal training opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify AI opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
- Adopt new AI tools and workflows to meet business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate engineering program, with an expected master’s degree completion by June 2028.
- Preferred majors include Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, and Biomedical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to relocate anywhere in the United States as required for program rotations.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include Santa Clara, CA; Redwood City, CA; Irvine, CA; Cincinnati, OH; Jacksonville, FL; and Raritan, NJ.
