About the role#
Lipscomb Academy is seeking a Peer Tutor Student Worker to provide academic support to fellow students. This role involves working within the Academic Success Center (ASC) to help students improve their study habits, time management, and subject-specific understanding.
What you'll do#
- Tutor students in your areas of academic strength.
- Assist students with developing effective study habits and time management strategies.
- Provide general academic support as requested by the ASC.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at Lipscomb University.
- Strong academic performance in relevant subjects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping others succeed academically.
- Preferred majors include Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or Sociology.

- This position is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The role is on-site and paid.
- This position may be eligible for Federal Work Study.
