About the role#
This position supports the theatre department by maintaining costumes and assisting the costume designer. The role is open to current students and may be eligible for federal work study.
What you'll do#
- Assist the costume designer with the execution and construction of costumes for department productions.
- Maintain and organize costume stock, sewing patterns, and notions.
- Handle laundry for theatre productions.
- Help teach sewing skills during costume practicum sessions.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Lipscomb Theatre student.
- You need to have completed at least one semester of Costume Practicum.
