About the role#
This position offers training in game day broadcasting for the ESPN team at Lipscomb. The goal is to provide hands-on experience in the broadcast industry to prepare students for future roles in professional sports organizations. Schedules are designed to accommodate class commitments.
What you'll do#
- Operate cameras during live sports broadcasts.
- Manage replay systems.
- Handle graphic operations.

- Produce games for ESPN.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Lipscomb University.
- No prior experience is required, as full training is provided.
- Preference for students majoring in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or Business Administration.
- Eligibility for Federal Work Study is a plus.
