About the role#
The College of Business Dean’s Office is hiring a student worker to act as the primary point of contact for visitors and assist with daily administrative and event operations. This role provides hands-on experience in a university office setting and offers the chance to develop professional organizational and communication skills.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors at the front desk and answer basic questions.
- Direct students, faculty, staff, and guests to the appropriate areas.
- Manage office tasks including organizing materials, stocking supplies, and keeping common areas tidy.
- Handle daily operations such as managing mail and running errands.
- Support event preparation and execution, including managing registration tables, printing name tags, and assembling materials.
