About the role#
The Undergraduate Research Intern supports the promotion and communication of research initiatives across the university. This role is open to current undergraduate students and may be federal work study eligible.
What you'll do#
- Keep the Undergraduate Research website current with research projects, events, and student highlights.
- Gather information to write, edit, and produce undergraduate research reports.
- Coordinate with department chairs to collect updates on research activities and accomplishments.
- Design and update flyers for research opportunities and deadlines.
- Adapt promotional materials for both digital and print distribution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in good academic standing.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with or a willingness to learn Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
