About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager III for the Student Visionaries of the Year program is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and mission integration within the Palm Beach market area.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and priorities.
- Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Drive peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
- Identify and network with constituents and key donors to secure support and new partnerships.
- Manage campaign resources, plan account approaches, and coach lower-level team members on campaign requirements.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for volunteer recruitment and relationship building.
- Ability to influence others and supervise volunteer groups.
