    About the role#

    As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will lead efforts to reach revenue goals for Blood Cancer United in the Charleston area. You will manage peer to peer fundraising products and build relationships with volunteers to support our mission of finding cures for cancer. This is a full-time, hybrid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Build and maintain relationships with fundraising volunteers to exceed revenue targets.
    • Organize local donor cultivation events focused on our mission.
    • Recruit and manage high-level volunteer committees.
    • Develop and execute recruitment plans to secure new partners.
    • Drive peer to peer fundraising initiatives to meet overall revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate organizational programs and priorities.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Experience with multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capacity to lead and supervise volunteer groups.

    • Travel: Required within the designated area.
    • Schedule: Some evenings and weekends are required.
