About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager for Student Visionaries of the Year, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. Your work helps Blood Cancer United reach revenue goals within the North Jersey market. You will manage complex campaigns and use data to track performance while working with a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet annual budget goals.
- Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Organize local donor cultivation events focused on the mission.
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate organizational priorities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience using multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Ability to lead volunteers and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area and work some evenings or weekends.

- Compensation: $41 to $46 per hour ($75,000 to $85,000 per year).
