About the role#
Blood Cancer United is looking for a Campaign Fundraising Manager to join our team in Cranford, New Jersey. This role focuses on building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer to peer fundraising products to meet revenue goals within our local market area. You will work with high independence to manage campaign resources and drive our mission forward.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to reach our annual budget.
- Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners, conducting pitch meetings, and closing agreements.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate our mission, programs, and priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators to adjust activity and ensure timelines are met.
- Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and identify high-impact donors.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and timelines.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Cranford, New Jersey.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- You may be required to travel within the designated area and work some evenings or weekends.
- You must be able to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
