About the role#
Young Life is hiring Student Staff to join our team. This is a paid, full-time position that requires on-site work. We are looking for individuals who are currently pursuing a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Communications, History, Philosophy, or Business Administration. Please note that all employees are required to sign a Statement of Faith as part of their commitment to our mission.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster your spiritual life.
- Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership.
- Actively engage in contact work, club, and Campaigners.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain ongoing donor care.
- Assist with office administration tasks when necessary.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a college degree.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality in all professional matters.

- This position is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Greenwood, South Carolina.
- The role is full-time and on-site.
- Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis.
