About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program offers undergraduate students the chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world assignments. As a Functional Human Resources intern, you will work with experienced HR professionals to support business and workforce priorities. This 12-week summer program provides exposure to various HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and workforce analytics. You will receive mentorship and professional development throughout the summer while building your communication and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Support HR projects and initiatives that align with business and workforce goals.
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Assist with employee programs, communications, presentations, and HR resources.
- Support talent, learning, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations to support HR projects.
- Collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop project materials, presentations, and other business deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- You are highly motivated and mobile-minded.
- You are currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site.
- Assignments may be located in various locations throughout the United States, including the Raleigh, NC area.
