About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program offers undergraduate students a 12-week summer experience within the Agricultural Solutions division. You will work alongside field agronomic, sales, marketing, and technical teams to support projects that connect our agricultural products with growers and customers. This is a field-based role that provides hands-on experience and professional development through mentorship and real-world assignments.
What you'll do#
- Support localized projects involving seed treatments, fungicides, herbicides, and other crop solutions.
- Assist with field trials and grower projects by collecting and analyzing data.
- Troubleshoot results and provide feedback to the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Help facilitate customer tours, field days, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build relationships with growers, customers, and BASF professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Academic focus in an agriculture-related field.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site and field-based, with assignments located in various areas throughout the United States, including North Carolina.
