About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program provides undergraduate students with 12 weeks of hands-on experience in Human Resources. You will work alongside mentors and HR teams to support business priorities and gain exposure to how HR functions within a global organization. This program focuses on professional development, offering you the chance to build your network and skills through real-world assignments.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside experienced HR professionals on projects and initiatives.
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR or workforce data to identify trends.
- Assist with employee programs, communications, and HR resources.
- Support initiatives in areas like talent, learning, engagement, and employee experience.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations for HR projects.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other software to create project materials and business deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- You are highly motivated and mobile-minded.
- You are currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site.
- Assignments may be located in various sites across the United States, including the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
