About the role#
This 12-week summer internship gives undergraduate students experience within the Human Resources function at BASF. You will work alongside mentors and HR teams to support projects that align with business and workforce priorities. This role offers exposure to areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will gain insight into how HR teams partner with business leaders to support organizational goals.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data to identify trends.
- Assist with employee programs, internal communications, and HR resources.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations for HR projects.
- Collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Create project materials, presentations, and business deliverables.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other software to complete assignments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- A motivated mindset and willingness to be mobile.
- Majors in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.

- This is a field-based opportunity with coverage across several U.S. locations, including the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
