About the role#
This is a talent pool for Summer 2027 internship opportunities. As roles become available, we match candidates from this pool to specific openings in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resources. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid experience. You will participate in workshops on professional skills, network with peers, and interact with senior leaders. The program concludes with a capstone project presentation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare financial documents and analyze data to identify trends.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining accurate records.
- Aid in recruitment, including job postings and resume screening.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR policy administration.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in a business-related field, such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You have excellent communication skills and work well within a team.
- You maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- You are able to work independently.
- You must have existing work authorization for the United States, as we do not provide visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Philadelphia, PA; Front Royal, VA; High Point, NC; Houston, TX; Mount Clemens, MI; Troy, MI; Huntsville, AL; Fort Madison, IA.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on education and graduation year.
- Relocation: An allowance is available for those living more than 50 miles from the work site.
