About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program is a 12-week summer experience for undergraduate students. You will work within the Agricultural Solutions division, focusing on commercial business operations. This program connects you with mentors and experienced professionals to help you apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges. You will gain exposure to various commercial areas, including product marketing, digital tools, market analysis, and supply chain management.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with BASF commercial teams on business projects.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market data to identify trends.
- Support initiatives related to customers, products, and business operations.
- Develop project deliverables such as recommendations and presentations.
- Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, or Communications.
- High motivation and a mobile-minded approach to work.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 internship.
- The role is on-site and field-based, with assignments located in various areas throughout the United States, including the Raleigh, North Carolina region.
