About the role#
Young Life is hiring Student Staff to join the team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term. As a member of the staff, you will focus on spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry work. You must be willing to sign the Young Life Statement of Faith and participate in ministry functions during both working and non-working hours.
What you'll do#
- Create a yearly personal growth plan that supports a vibrant spiritual life.
- Take part in the spiritual life of the Young Life community.
- Raise financial support as directed and practice good donor care.
- Work with a team to lead Young Life clubs and discipleship ministries.
- Follow all Young Life policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, with preference for majors such as Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Philosophy, Nursing, or Public Health.
- Proven ability to build relationships with kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
