Central OC Young Life — Summer 2026 Internship Program

About the role#

Central OC Young Life is seeking a summer intern to support ministry operations, fundraising, and communications. This role is designed for individuals passionate about ministry and storytelling who want to gain hands-on experience in organizational systems and digital content creation. This is a part-time, paid internship based in Tustin, California, running through the summer of 2026.

What you'll do#

• Ministry Operations: Assist with ministry calendar planning, organize digital assets, and maintain donor databases and contact records.
• Communications & Social Media: Create a summer social media content calendar, design promotional graphics, and produce impact-centered storytelling content.
• Fundraising & Development: Support donor appreciation efforts, write thank-you materials, and help build communication workflows.

What you'll need#

• Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to project management.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for ministry and storytelling.
• Proficiency with technology and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred majors include Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or Media Studies.

Location & details#

• Location: Tustin, CA (On-site).
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Compensation: $18/hour at 10 hours/week.
• Requirements: As this role involves ministry functions, applicants must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord and subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith.
