About the role#
Young Life is seeking a Student Staff member to support our mission in the Western Reserve area. This position focuses on spiritual development, leadership training, and ministry support. You will work under the supervision of an area director to gain experience in ministry skills and personal character development.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Recruit and train new leaders to build a strong leadership team.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
- Participate on a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy.
- Assist in office administration when necessary.
- Engage in contact work, club, and Campaigners ministry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, with a preference for majors in Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and the ability to serve as a minister of the gospel.

- The role is full-time and paid.
