About the role#
Young Life is seeking a Student Staff member to support ministry operations and leadership development. This role focuses on spiritual growth, team leadership, and resource development within a religious institution. Candidates must be willing to sign a Statement of Faith and align with the organization's Christian mission and ministry standards.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Recruit and train new leaders to build and maintain a strong leadership team.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain consistent donor care practices.
- Participate on a team to implement summer and school-season camping strategies.
- Assist with office administration and general business tasks as necessary.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Proven relational skills when working with both youth and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all professional matters.

- This is a remote position based in Ohio.
- The role is paid and full-time.
