About the role#
Blood Cancer United is seeking a Campaign Fundraising Manager to drive revenue growth and build relationships within the Las Vegas market. This role focuses on implementing peer-to-peer fundraising products and cultivating volunteer networks to support the organization's mission.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue goals.
- Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Recruit and cultivate fundraising volunteers and high-level volunteer committees.
- Develop recruitment plans and actively secure new partners through independent research and networking.
- Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proven strength in relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to influence and persuade others, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
