About the role#
Blood Cancer United is seeking a Campaign Fundraising Manager to drive revenue growth and support the organization's mission. This position focuses on building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising products within a designated market area.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue goals.
- Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Recruit fundraising volunteers to participate in peer-to-peer fundraising products.
- Develop recruitment plans and actively secure new partners through independent research and networking.
- Collaborate with the local relationship team and national shared service partners.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proven strength in relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to influence and persuade others, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Requirements: Ability to travel within the designated area and work some evenings or weekends. May be required to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
