About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager III, you will be responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising products to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on mission-driven work, requiring you to partner with internal departments to communicate organizational priorities and organize local donor cultivation events.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate the mission, programs, and priorities of Blood Cancer United.
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and individual fundraising volunteers.
- Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Execute an annual strategic plan and revise it periodically to ensure team revenue goals are exceeded.
- Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Excellent relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead volunteers and manage multiple priorities effectively.
