About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager II for the Student Visionaries of the Year program in the South Bay area is responsible for building relationships with volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and mission integration to support the organization's goals.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate the organization's mission and programs.
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit fundraising volunteers and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research and networking.
- Manage individual accounts and oversee campaign development and resource management.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Strong ability to influence and persuade others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise volunteers and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Physical requirements: Ability to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds and travel within the designated area.
