The Campaign Fundraising Manager plays a critical role in driving peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals for Blood Cancer United. This position focuses on building relationships with volunteers, executing strategic fundraising plans, and organizing mission-centered donor cultivation events within the designated market area.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue goals.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising participants.
- Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Collaborate with the local relationship team and national partners to advance organizational initiatives.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Blood Cancer United programs to effectively communicate the mission to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and supervise volunteer groups.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as required by events.

- Compensation: $78,000 - $87,000 annually.
