About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will lead fundraising efforts for the Student Visionaries of the Year program in Wichita. You will focus on driving revenue growth through peer-to-peer fundraising products while building strong relationships with volunteers and donors. This role requires a blend of sales, community networking, and mission-driven communication to meet local revenue goals.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with fundraising volunteers to support organizational goals.
- Recruit volunteers to participate in peer-to-peer fundraising activities.
- Organize local donor cultivation events that highlight the mission and programs of Blood Cancer United.
- Collaborate with the local relationship team and national partners to execute strategic fundraising plans.
- Drive high-impact fundraising campaigns to exceed revenue targets.
- Manage multiple accounts, including planning and resource allocation for campaign development.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proven strength in relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital and social media sales channels.
