About the role#
Blood Cancer United is looking for a Campaign Fundraising Manager to join our team in Palm Beach. You will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on mission integration and expanding our donor network within the local market.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to reach revenue targets.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Partner with internal departments to communicate our mission and programs.
- Develop strategic plans for fundraising products, including budgets and timelines.
- Identify and network with key donors and constituents to gain support.
- Organize local donor cultivation events.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Ability to manage individual accounts of 5-figures or more.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Experience using multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supervising and leading volunteer groups.

- The role is full-time and follows a hybrid work model.
