About the role#
As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will join our National Transfer Pricing group for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced staff to manage projects for complex, multinational clients. This role involves identifying and implementing transfer pricing strategies and solutions within our international network of firms.
What you'll do#
- Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects, including advice on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
- Conduct financial and economic analyses of corporations, including industry research and economic valuations.
- Prepare valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients to gather information and perform tax services.
- Perform benchmarking of related party transactions and support the defense of transfer pricing determinations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Tax accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong research skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning and time management.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
- Status: Full-time internship.
