About the role#
As a Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will join our Transaction Advisory practice to support M&A engagements from start to finish. You will work alongside partners, executives, and peers to analyze financial data for both buy-side and sell-side clients across various industries. This role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle, including project planning, execution, and closing phases.
What you'll do#
- Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom throughout the deal process.
- Partner with the offshore support team to build analysis packages and interpret financial data.
- Create custom analyses to identify key insights for clients.
- Drive the deal process forward by communicating with key parties and managing internal and external deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings and engage in professional development through mentorship and networking.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize large datasets and financial information.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in-person at a firm office or client site.
- Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
