About the role#
As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will join the Growth Advisory practice at Grant Thornton. You will work across multiple industries and solutions to help clients address complex business challenges. This role involves partnering with client-focused teams to uncover insights, reimagine business models, and define strategies that produce clear outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems while demonstrating analytical skills.
- Utilize data collection techniques and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Define and evaluate corporate and growth strategies based on market and competitive drivers.
- Conduct research to develop business insights and increase your overall business acumen.
- Communicate findings in a structured manner to various stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a university degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Economics, or Human Resources.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and deliver results against tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
