About the role#
Join the Corporate Finance team as an intern to help clients navigate mergers and acquisitions. You will work with a team that provides advice on divestitures, financing, and due diligence. This role is available for the Winter 2027 and Fall 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Support buyers and sellers by evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities.
- Analyze quality of earnings, EBITDA viability, and asset quality.
- Build technical models, projections, and detailed analyses.
- Research market sectors to identify trends and summarize findings.
- Help plan projects and coordinate tasks with clients.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Pursuing a CPA designation is an asset.
- One to two years of experience in professional services or a related field is an asset.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
