About the role#
As a Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will join our Transaction Advisory practice to support the planning, execution, and completion phases of mergers and acquisitions. You will work alongside partners, senior executives, and peers to provide financial, tax, and operational due diligence services. This role offers exposure to various industries, including tech, retail, energy, and professional services.
What you'll do#
- Work on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish.
- Attend meetings with clients, target company management, private equity firms, and investment bankers.
- Manage data flow and monitor the project dataroom.
- Collaborate with the offshore support team to build analysis packages and interpret financial data.
- Build custom analyses to identify key insights for our clients.
- Communicate with key parties to drive the deal process and manage deadlines.
- Participate in networking, social events, and professional development sessions with mentors.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize large financial datasets.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work additional hours and travel to client sites as needed.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
