About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the summer of 2027 based in St. Louis. You will join our Business Applications practice to work with executive leadership teams. Our goal is to help clients reach their objectives by aligning their people, processes, and technology. You will receive mentorship from our team and gain access to training to help you start your career.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with deliverables and task management.
- Create client-facing content using operational best practices.
- Build and improve internal tools to support our consulting methodologies.
- Capture client requirements and participate in solution development meetings.
- Test proposed solutions in lab environments and troubleshoot application issues.
- Map business requirements to Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Configure D365 solutions and document features to meet client needs.
- Develop solutions for industry-specific toolsets.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
What you'll need#
- You are working toward a degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Economics.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduates or 3.2 for graduate students.
- Previous work or internship experience.
- An analytical approach to problem solving and strong business judgment.
- A self-motivated, competitive, and hands-on attitude.
- Initiative and creativity in your work.

- Compensation: $31 to $37 per hour.
