About the role#
As an Advisory Intern in the People Strategy & Solutions segment, you will join a team focused on helping clients succeed through culture, leadership, talent, and communication solutions. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who provide coaching and direction on client engagements. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with informational interviews and facilitate client meetings.
- Document project requirements and business processes.
- Draft initial deliverables and solutions for client issues.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare summaries for client presentation.
- Use templates to draft reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct research using databases and trade publications to understand client industries.
- Assist in drafting proposals and managing engagement work papers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in teams, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Leadership or project delivery experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This internship is on-site in Boston, MA, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY, or San Francisco, CA.
- The role requires the ability to travel based on client and practice needs.
