About the role#
As an Infrastructure and Operations Delivery and Process intern, you will help improve IT processes, support project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Analyze existing IT processes and workflows to suggest improvements to team leads and managers.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare reports that support decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases.
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects.
- Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to learn about project lifecycle activities.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management.
- Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.
