About the role#
As an Audit IT Assurance Intern, you will join our engagement teams to provide IT audit services to clients. You will work alongside partners, managers, and senior executives to support financial statement audits. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Test and assess information systems control review engagements.
- Apply knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to identify security and risk management issues.
- Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients while managing expectations and deadlines.
- Participate in recruiting efforts and business development activities as needed.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations and business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or MIS.
- Information Security experience or training is required.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex team environment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a firm office or client site.
- Pay Rate: $40 per hour.
