About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to international tax and transfer pricing. You will work on multiple client engagements, gaining exposure to various aspects of tax planning and regulatory compliance. The role is based in Boston for the Summer 2027 term and is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes.
- Consult on international tax planning, documentation, and policy implementation.
- Evaluate intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
- Conduct detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses for tax and regulatory compliance.
- Perform industry and market research, economic valuations, and comparative financial benchmarking.
- Prepare report documentation and apply transfer pricing concepts to specific cases.
What you'll need#
- Completion of 90 credit hours toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
- Foreign language skills are considered a plus.
