About the role#
Blood Cancer United is looking for a Senior Campaign Fundraising Manager to join our team in Indianapolis. This role focuses on driving peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals while building strong relationships with volunteers and donors. You will work to advance our mission by managing high-level campaigns and cultivating local support.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with fundraising volunteers to drive revenue growth.
- Implement peer-to-peer fundraising products and execute strategic plans.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and prospect for high-impact donors.
- Recruit and manage high-level volunteer committees.
- Collaborate with internal mission teams and national partners to communicate organizational priorities.
- Manage individual accounts valued at six figures or more.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Expertise in relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and pipeline development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital and social media sales channels.
- Ability to influence others and lead groups of volunteers.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The role requires travel within the designated area.
- You may need to work some evenings or weekends.
- Physical requirements include moving campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
