About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, focusing on talent development and vocational training initiatives within the motor vehicle manufacturing industry. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Research best practices in talent development.
- Engage with trainees to assess skill gaps and collect feedback.
- Document training processes, outcomes, and project initiatives.
- Assist in the development and organization of vocational training programs.
- Create promotional materials for training sessions.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members on various projects.
- Strong organizational skills to support the creation and implementation of training materials.
- Capability to analyze participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
