About the role#
The Paint Shop Digitalization Co-op is a full-time, paid position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the implementation of digital tools.
- Support data collection and analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on various departmental projects.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience with digital tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Knowledge of paint shop operations and digital transformation processes.
