About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position located on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, for the Summer 2026 term. This role focuses on supporting digital transformation efforts within the paint shop.
What you'll do#
You will assist in the implementation of digital tools and support data collection and analysis. You will collaborate with team members on various projects, participate in training and development activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration. You need experience with digital tools and technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of paint shop operations and an understanding of digital transformation processes are required.
