About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Summer 2026 term. The role is based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and is open to students pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Assist in paint shop planning activities.
- Support various engineering projects.
- Analyze production data to identify trends.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to operational discussions.
- Document process improvements to support shop efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with paint processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
