About the role#
This co-op position offers an opportunity to work within the paint shop planning department at the Spartanburg facility. You will work full-time during the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, on-site role. We do not provide sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily paint shop planning activities.
- Support ongoing engineering projects.
- Analyze production data to identify trends.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project status.
- Document process improvements to support shop operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing and paint processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
