About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Co-Op position for Summer 2026. The role is based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and focuses on manufacturing engineering and paint shop planning.
What you'll do#
- Assist with paint shop planning activities.
- Support various engineering projects.
- Analyze production data to identify trends.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to operational discussions.
- Document process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with paint processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
