About the role#
BMW Group is seeking a Recruiting Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage and update records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with standard recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
