About the role#
BMW Group is hiring a Recruiting Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
You will support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and the recruitment process. Your work includes conducting initial candidate screenings and scheduling interviews. You will also keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. You should have familiarity with recruiting processes and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
