About the role#
BMW Group is seeking a Recruiting Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
You will support the recruitment process and assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities include conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
What you'll need#
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. You must have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and a basic familiarity with recruiting processes are required.
