About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers hands-on experience in human resources through full-time work during the summer. You will work on real projects, receive technical training, and participate in career coaching. The program includes a buddy and mentor to support your development. You will also participate in networking and educational activities that provide exposure to senior management.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytical skills, leadership ability, and strong initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- A highly motivated, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Prior internship, work experience, or extracurricular activities are preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to August 13).
