About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers full-time, hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. You will work on real-world projects from May 24 to August 13, 2027. We provide technical training, career coaching, and assign you a buddy and a mentor to support your growth. Interns participate in networking and educational events designed to provide exposure to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Complete full-time project work within the finance function.
- Engage in networking and educational activities.
- Gain direct exposure to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor degree program for Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a similar field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and leadership ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- A positive attitude and interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior work experience, internships, or extracurricular involvement are preferred.
- Experience with coding, automation, or AI tools like Copilot is a plus.
