About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship program running from May 24 to August 13, 2027. You will work on-site in Louisville-Jefferson, Kentucky. The program provides hands-on experience and connects you with a mentor and a buddy to support your professional development.

- Complete real-world projects during your time with us.
- Engage in technical training and career coaching sessions.
- Participate in networking and educational activities.
- Gain exposure to senior level management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- A degree concentration in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Strong initiative, leadership potential, and clear communication skills.
- A genuine interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Prior work experience, internships, or extracurricular activities are preferred.
